Arlington taps snow operations director
Richard Dibacco II has been named director of snow operations for Arlington Lawncare Inc. in Erie, PA.
Dibacco has been with Arlington for three years and has served as production supervisor during the past year, as well as salt truck manager throughout the 2005/2006 season.
Dibacco has a long background in snow and ice management, having run his own company prior to joining the Arlington team. Dibacco will be responsible for managing all subcontractors and employees.
